:(

My hamster bit me. :( I plopped him into a box for punishment, but then I took him out 'cuz he's too cute...STUPID CUTENESS. Also, he's really old and has an eye infection (tumor?) so I'm spoiling him....STUPID OLDNESS

Harry Potter and the Methods of Rationality

HARRY POTTER AND THE METHODS OF RATIONALITY IS THE BEST BOOK EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!! XD It's not actually a real book (or else J.K. Rowling will sue the person who wrote it), but it's a rewritten Harry Potter story!! I've been reading it the past few days, after wondering why my sister was obsessed with it and suddenly had an interest to go to Harry Potter Land (o-o). Now I can completely understand her obsession...even if I'm not crazy about it. Harry Potter and the Methods of Rationality has all the same characters, except that Harry Potter  was raised by an extremely smart professor and Petunia. The plot is a bit peculiar, and it doesn't make much sense if you haven't read the original, but it's SOOO awesome!!!! The only thing bad about it is that there is NO Hedwig!!!! If you want to know more about it, click here. Warning: this fanfiction is EXTREMELY addictive.
NO HEDWIG!!!!!!

....

Random thought:
If you are crazy but you enjoy it, do you have to go to a psychiatrist? I mean, you really like to be crazy, so why go?
I completely agree with this random thought, even though I think crazy people should go to an asylum if they're hurting other people with their craziness.

Christmas Wishlist

Christmas is coming!!! That means presents are coming, as well as money!!!  This year, I'm making a Christmas Wishlist! I'm posting it on the door to my room so that my family can see it, and maybe they'll get the hint and buy something on it. Hopefully. I'm kind of spoiled (kind of), and I think this wishlist isn't going to help my spoiled behavior, but it's ok. My New Year's resolution is not to be as spoiled and be more independent, so I guess both of them cancel each other out. :P Hehe. Anyways, I felt like posting my Wishlist on my blog (maybe someone I know happens to find this wishlist and buy me something :P) so here it is:
Belinda's Christmas Wishlist

  • Bag of Milk Chocolate Godiva Bars
  • Mechanical Pencils
  • Bag of Milk Chocolate Lindt Truffles
  • Barnes & Noble Gift Card
  • Kinder Happy Hippos (from Europe, can be seen here)
  • Scarf
  • World's Biggest Chocolate Bar
  • IPhone
  • Year's Supply of Chocolate
  • White Apple Laptop
  • CHOCOLATE
  • CHOCOLATE
By the way, I was exaggerating. I only want half of my family to give me chocolate XD LOL

Mom's ALMOST Forgotten Birthday

Hi people..yesterday was my mom's birthday...and our family kinda forgot about it...and didn't give her presents...and I kinda feel bad for my mom...So I decided to give her a gift on my blog!! Hopefully this will clear away my guilt. :( Oh well, so this is my present to her:
Dear Mom,
Happy Birthday! I really love you a lot...and I also love the fact that you didn't "guilt look" me into feelin EXTREMELY bad. You are awesome for being able to put up for my stubborness and my irresponsibility and my clumsiness and my computer game addictiveness and my tendency to sometimes (sometimes, not very often :P) tell half truths and my whining and my unwillingness to go shopping with you and me sometimes coming late without telling you even if you don't really care as long as I come back by nighttime....and some other stuff I won't post. :P So, ya know, you are GREAT for everything and stuffs. Even if this birthday means that you're getting older and losing your maternal instincts, I'll still love you for all the stuff you did for me when you were younger. Also, on you birthday, I knew you were expecting a little something, so here's a cake for you:

Haha XD And a little something from Dad:

LOL kidding, kidding. Anyways, here's your real and sincere gift:

Hehe XD Anyways, hope you appreciate the online cake :)

Love,
Your younger daughter

AWESOME PICS

Today I was looking at the ceiling of my room (my room is a modernly modified attic), and I happened to realize that my ceiling has some pretty cool pics on it. Apparently, my sister gave them to my family a looong time ago, and they somehow crawled into my room. Apparently it's called Fabo Art, and it has some sort of connection to my sister. o_O Well anyways, the pics or REALLY cute. :3 I just wanted to show some of them here 'cuz they're incredible. By the way, I just got these pictures from the google images, but I think they're also a bunch on DeviantArt. I will be adding more later.

Pretend City

Yesterday I went to the BEST PLACE FOR KIDS EVER!!! It is perfect for any children who still have a creative imagination and a pair of active legs (most kids there were ages 2-8). It's called Pretend City (how cool is that?!) and has only been open for about a year. I went there for YAT (Youth Action Team), a program offered in our district for all grades 4th-12th. Us YAT kids went there just to make a little play for them. It had a bunch of mistakes in it, but the toddlers really enjoyed it! Pretend City really makes them happy - I wish I were only 5 years old so I could enjoy the fun too. XD
Well, after the play, we got to play with the kiddies, and I was able to examine the place. Pretend City is basically a mini city for toddlers, and it basically gives the kids a "grown-up environment", with plenty of "grown-up activities". It has  a "house", a mini theater stage, a grocery store, a mini golf ground, a fountain, a hospital, a firehouse, an art studio, a beach, a cafe, a farm, and even an ATM Machine! To get "money" from the ATM Machine, all you have to do is have a card from the front desk, and get a stamp from each work place (ex:art studio, cafe, firehouse, etc.). Supposedly, for each stamp you get to insert the card one time into the machine, but 12 year old smarties like me have figured out you don't need stamps; you can just insert the card as many times as you like. :P ...well, the employee told me. ;)  Anyways, it is an AWESOME PLACE. It has bunches of things for kids to do like watch the live chicks fumble around in the farm. I totally recommend this place for any of you toddler parents out there.

I am SO CONFUSED

My recently started blog is confusing me. :'( I don't know how to make a toolbar or anything, so I'm just experimenting right now. This might take a while.

Hi

Hi people who look at blogs! I'm Belinda, age 12, and I am currently messing around with blogs. :P I'm really new to this stuff, so I pretty much don't know anything except how to post things. Anyways, I'll just be writing about random stuffs... and maybe just talk about my life. I'm trying to get better at writing, so I will try to make this blog not horrible and stuffs. Please take a look at them, because even though my writing is still developing, it's not too bad...I think. :P
